How does the vivarium work?
Below the vivarium is a growth medium - sterilized coconut compost, which also supports plant growth and draws water from a small water tank at the base. The BiOrb AIR 60 vivarium is equipped with automatic humidity control and six LED diodes, which supply the plants with the necessary light. This system respects a 24-hour cycle, ie it simulates sunlight, daylight, sunset and night. Thanks to the constantly running fan, there is no condensation and spoilage of the air, which is recycled through the carbon filter. To maintain the correct humidity, it is only necessary to add water to the tank at the top of the vivarium once in a while.
